1. Sorry, No refunds will be available after fifteen (15) days from date of registration. A $14.00 service charge will be deducted from any refunds.
   
2. Your registration MUST include five (5) workshop selections. Your check out will only proceed after you have made five (5) selections (After each selection, you will have to redirect back to this registration page until ALL five workshops are selected).
   
3. If you are unable to remit payment via PAYPAL, you can send a money order in the amount of $510.00 made payable to: Teresa McFayden and send to:

   Orders cannot be processed nor workshops held until full payment is received.
   
4. Sorry, personal checks will not be accepted.
   
5. Paper Bella, LLC reserves the right to cancel this event at any time due to circumstances beyond its control. In which case, registration fees will be refunded.
6. Only one student per registration order. For security purposes, the system will not allow for more than 5 workshops to be ordered at a time. If you are ordering for another person, you must complete your order first and then submit a second order with their contact information and workshop selections separately.
